Melanie Emery went out of her way to help us through the entire process. She was always available for questions, concerns, etc. She also was pregnant and had baby Vance during the entire process which didn't slow her down. She helped us get through this trying time especially since we hadn't moved from our residence for almost 40 years and she was great with the helping us through everything and the emotional issues that come with selling your house after almost 40 yrs being there. She explained the paperwork/contracts and all the info to sell and close on our house. We couldn't have done this without Melanie's time and effort to help us sell our house. The closing was quick and easy and the people Title Werks people were great! We will highly recommend Melanie to other people.
